By Finn Haakon Frolich (1868-1947). Created circa 1913. Per the Jack London Bookstore website, Frolich lived in Los Angeles where he built an artists colony that still stands today (now designated a Historical Monument.)

The front of his home still has a beautiful sculpture relief of his friend, Jack London. Another one of Finn's sculptures, also of Jack London, can be seen above the fireplace on the first floor of the House with Happy Walls Museum at Jack London State Park, just outside of Glen Ellen, CA.
